What you need for your class:
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting (there is no need to book ahead, just turn up). This gives you enough time to prepare and relax before the class, and allows the teacher to start and finish on time.
- Yoga mats and props are provided, though you can bring your own.
- Wear light comfortable clothing that allows room to move.
- Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach, otherwise it can be uncomfortable. Please allow 2-3 hours after a heavy meal or 1 hour after a light meal before practicing.
